Our fully accompanied one to one viewing tours are tours are just £189 per person. They are relaxed, friendly and informative, each one tailored to your individual needs, requirements. What's the Itinerary?

Take a deep breath - there's a lot to fit in when you join one of our inspection tours! You've got to find your favourite area, then there's choosing the home you want. Luckily, our representatives will be there to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Day 1

You'll be met at the airport by your Belmonte International property specialist, who'll show you to your hotel to check in. After lunch, you'll be taken for a guided tour of the area and its facilities, before enjoying a relaxing dinner in the evening.

Day 2 & 3

First of all, breakfast. Then there's an informal welcome meeting, after which your property specialist will take you for a full day inspecting your properties, with a break for lunch and coffee. After a long day looking at houses, you'll be returned to the hotel to prepare for dinner.

Day 4

After breakfast you'll be taken for another look at your favourite properties and locations. Then you'll be taken through the contracts, costs, finance and legalities before retiring for lunch at a country restaurant. In the afternoon, if you've found a property you can't resist, contracts will be prepared for you to sign.

Day 5

Now all the hard work is out of the way, you can either take another look at your new property, or start looking for furniture. Alternatively, you could decide to treat yourself to a few hours lounging in the sun before setting off for the airport!
